"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Obviously nofap is good because it channels your energy to searching potential sex partners, however.

Maybe there is no causal link between nofap and feeling good.
Maybe the link is inverted: people don't fap when they feel good.
Maybe both are caused by some third fact.

Interesting ten minute video.

I refuse to fap. I makes me feel unmanly. I can relate to what Joe is saying because that is how i feel. I would lower my standards to get a release. I'd rather do that then fap though. Feel like a total loser after fapping.
This is great. We also support NoFap.

For us, it's the mindset behind it. If you get laid often, this shouldn't be a big deal for you. Those that are opposed to it are still stuck in the puberty phase mindset that porn is real and to release you need to fap. For a real man with more years and mental maturity, it is objectifying not only people but yourself. It's a complete lack of self-control. And for some, that is a very personal and sensitive topic. Again, no one wants their ego to be hurt which is why you get people that are against NoFap so worked up.

I didn’t masturbate or even looked at naked woman from summer 2018 - summer 2019 for almost a year.
I didn’t notice higher libido an I felt like my sex drive completely died.
I’m not against no fap but it just didn’t give me the results I expected and I didn’t get superpowers from it.
I think porn in moderation sometimes gives you that urge & need to go out & find woman to fuk like the sloots they are!

With absolutely no fap & zero porn.. I reckon sex might become unimportant to me, to the point where I am pretty content without it.

However the pitfalls of watching porn are many.. It truly is an addiction that can really fuk with your mind & leave some lasting damage.

I suppose it's healthier to leave the porn alone & maybe maybe fap occasionally if you are not getting laid, but use your imagination instead of watching porn.

This was not true for me. I had much greater sexual control and stamina after several months absention.
Several months of not masturbating is not healthy for you. Holding in something that needs to be released naturally is not a good idea. Remember masturbation is not a problem, excessive masturbation on porn is.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Haha that reminds me of a few years back when I abstained from porn and masturbation as well, and I was a little more than 30 days in before I had sex for the first time during the streak...

I was hitting it from behind and I pulled out and busted so much on her back (I think I even came twice in a 20-second span), that I actually told her not to move so I could take a picture. I couldn't believe how many of my future generations I left on her back. I showed her the pic, and she was like, "OMG, send me that! Haha that's awesome."

Studies are mixed. People want to have this be some revelation but it just isn't supported via studies.
Using studies is a handy excuse when you don't want to do/believe anything.

Most things worth doing can't really be measured anyhow.

No fap is likely the easiest way to practice delayed gratification.

And delayed gratification spills over into other areas.

People who try no fap and feel better because of it aren't generally concerned whether their actions are supported by studies anyhow.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

No fap is likely the easiest way to practice delayed gratification.

And delayed gratification spills over into other areas.
And being able (or developing the ability) to delay gratification builds self-discipline and self-discipline allows you to focus on a particular task or goal without impulsively being pulled away by the urge to fulfil basic desires.

Personally, my confidence is fine and masturbation doesn't prevent me from talking to women, so there's no motivation to abstain from masturbation for those reasons. However, I do notice a benefit after I intentionally decide to abstain from masturbation (and practice NoFap I suppose), and that benefit is that I experience less brain fog, and as a result I'm able to concentrate better and zero in on a task quicker.

I think constantly succumbing to urges to chase instant gratification depletes willpower, which affects many things, and if you repeatedly give in to your desires time after time (be it "fapping", porn, or junk food) you're basically just practicing being distracted, and eventually you get adept at that, because you are essentially rewarding yourself for acting on the urge.
