How the hell do you stop that? Tha's one of the reasons I falied so much. It literally drove me nuts. I went to sleep late and woke up earlier because of those crazy ass dreams.

Not only that but I was anxious all the time. Had more emotion than usual. Mostly pissed off. I didn't give a **** about anything.

How do you make that **** go away?

Day 5 of 21, I'm gonna be busy today, which is thankful, because I woke up with wood, meaning the "power trip" mode is about to kick in. I think today I'm going to get some more much needed stuff done, and maybe go off and explore on foot some tonight like I really have been jonesin' to do for the last few weeks.

on day 29 today

had some incredibly vivid dreams last night, and woke up to a massive hard-on.

Damn. Its hard to do this with a night like last night. Went to Bullwinkles here in Tally, drank some and danced some. Although, didn't get much conversation in, but its a start. I need to remember to wait till 10~11pm to go instead of 9pm...not much going on till at least 11pm.

Damn! Blew off to porn on day 6...

But that said, I don't feel too bad about it. This is a new record for me, and resisting the urge actually got easier as time passed - helped by the momentum of keeping busy, the habit being present in the moment, and the extra motivation of not breaking the streak.

The effect of the T-boost is quite real. I don't feel very different emotionally and physically, but looking back over my actions and attitudes of the past week, I've been more focused and engaging than my normal behaviour. And I like it!

Day 1 tomrorow!

alright i'm on 6/21, man this is getting harder and harder to resist, yesterday I almost gave in to the urge, but today was the worst so far, damn I wanted to do it so bad, well here to another day.
