First off, I can understand the temptation; the First Daughter is astronomically sexy.

But a deeper thought came to my mind (pun not intended at first): A small, anti-Chad trying to do this type of flirty, kino actions that the typical woman (i.e., a "Stacy") lets Chad get away with - that most women would consider, because this man is an anti-Chad, creepy.

yes and no. would a fabio type guy get away with putting his hands on her? maybe, maybe not, depends on the setting in some cases. you're on a tv stage, you start groping her, probably doesn't matter who you are, you're going to get in hot water. however, times, they are a changin, the metoo crap seems to have really poisoned the well on kino. I'm not sure who would get away with being handsy for long these days. you might get a lighter sentence if you were a good looking guy but you're still going to get in trouble.
