i was with a girl the other night, from the sounds of it shes been around a bit. She made a joke about getting something from her so i stopped and asked her if she was clean. She said yeah and was joking because she has this chronic bladder pain and has been seeing doctors for it.

Doesn't sound like an std.

If it's related to her lady business at all, it might be endometriosis (sp?) or one of the other afflictions of the greater reproductive system.

Never, had a woman "joke" about a STD. They catch em a lot easier than we do and they despise us for it. Just don't see her again.

She has a bladder infection. Which sometimes occurs from penis going from anus to vagina without cleaning. In other words, the man who previously rented her body, went from ass to puss without washing or changing condom. Hope that helps.
