“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi All,

Been using fitday.com to get an idea of how many calories, etc I can intake on a daily basis, without making myself uncomfortably full all the time.

Here's what I've come up with:

Breakfast:

2 small crumpets w/ honey and marmite

8am snack:

Musashi LP1 Shake w/ 500ml Full Cream Milk

Snack throughout day:

50g dried fruit
100g surimi (seafood flakes)
1/4 cup rice crackers
1/2 packet of Snakata rice biscuits

10am Morning Tea:

1 whole boiled egg
3 sesame crackers w/ honey

Lunch:

4 x large teriyaki chicken sushi rolls

Afternoon Tea:

2 large chicken eggs, whole boiled
3 sesame crackers

4pm snack:

Musashi LP1 Shake w/ 500ml Full Cream Milk

Dinner:

Chicken Thigh Fillet grilled
Side of veges
Gravy, or similar sauce

8-10pm snack:

Musashi LP1 Shake w/ 500ml Full Cream Milk (after workout)

As you can see, I'm aiming towards foods that I can cook in bulk and reheat - my diet is partially process, part cooked.

Nutrients:

Calories: 3560
Protein: 234g (26%)
Carbs: 424g (47%)
Fat: 105g (27%)

Please let me know what you think

Thanks
Maggs

Your diet is pretty good. Bump up the protein to 250g, keep the carbs where they are. Make sure your not counting protein from carb sources in your protein total. Only count animal protein and whey in your protein total for the day. Also add red meat to your diet.
