Today I almost snacked on a whole canister of almonds, theres 14g of fat in a serving (29 pieces, who the hell counts how many almonds they eat anyways) and 9 servings in a canister. Thats 1440 calories and 126g of fat. Bad?

Too much of any fat is bad.

Almonds in measured amounts however are a great part of a balanced diet.

They help fight hunger pangs among making your skin look good and a whole lot more!

A good thing you can do, is mix them. I'll mix 1/4c almonds and 1/4c craisins or raisins and eat them. You can do this with sunflower seeds, peanuts, etc etc. Things like this make a good snack. Now the fat in them are GOOD fats, but eating too much one any one thing is probably not the best. Because most of the calories are fat calories. Your safe to eat 1/4c or 1/2c or what ever, but try not to gorge on a whole can.

Well it all depends on what you are trying to achieve in your diet. The classic conversation that too much of anything is bad for you is obvious. I saw your diet Handy, and as long as you do what EFFORT says, you'll be fine.
