"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Okay... Friday night I got to know this girl really well and found her interesting and we had good chemistry so since it was cold outside I kino'd and she instantly took it well and I kept her warm that night.

That night/next day/day after she talks to ME without me talking to HER first. So... I keep her interested and I C+F her which she enjoys. We've been good but I noticed today that she was "running" away... Or just leaving the area I am in.

Did I do something wrong? Or is it just coincidence that she had to leave INSTANTLY in a strange way more than once... Too much pressure?

It's been bugging me all day and I really need to get this off my chest. Thanks fellas.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

How about we help him analyze, so he can learn. You should know better doc.

Bambino, can you explain further what types of routines/c&f/method you used? We need detail to give you useful advice.

Take care,

The c+f and "playful teasing" she took really WELL.

She happened to be a little ill with a cold or small cough and I was kidding with her by me avoiding her or covering my mouth+nose everytime I saw/heard her cough and I just hear her laugh and smile. She chases me around trying to get me sick and all that... Just playful. I thought it went well cuz when I put my arm around her waist she took it well and put her head on my while we were chillin with a couple buddies at a kickback.

Then later that night... we chill and hangout.. I take all the attention away from her and come back after a while without asking I put my hands around her hip/waist area and since there was no negative feedback I wrap my hands around her from the hip area. :cheer:

Okay for her running away.. I sadly initiated the hello and hug then she screams to her friend and runs towards her to their class/locker.. So... She's gotta just be a tease right?

I think I shouldn't have said anything to her.. I'm going to pull away right now.. I think I've been giving her too much attention.. Yeah?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

You initially attracted her, the mistake a lot of new guys make is that they stay in "attraction" mode, and the girl gets bored. After you've attracted her, you need to build some rapport/comfort with her.
