“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Is peanut butter suitable for pre exercise food? Does it have enough calories for exercise such as jogging or mountain biking?

Yes, it is calorie-rich. Most people are concerned about pb having too much fat. I don't like the "normal" stuff and instead prefer Smucker's Natural, the old-fashioned kind where the oil separates. It's easy to pour off much of the fat this way if you so desire. Mix in some honey if you want. The kind that comes with honey already in it is not as good.

Overall, unless you are overweight or allergic, peanut butter is a very healthy food. The research is not complete - no giant pb lobby to fund it - but some studies indicate that regular pb consumption will substantially lower your risk for heart disease and diabetes.

Peanut butter is a great source of fat. If you can, try and get natural peanut butter, its pretty much 100% nuts. No extra crap like sugar etc.

Just watch how much you eat. Because its very calorie dense, its easy to go overboard!

only natural peanut butter, not kraft and all that crap with dextrose added to it

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It will slow down your absorption of protein and carbs.

I am not sure about pre workout though.
peanut butter suppose to have lots of carb which I need before the ride. I can eat proteins food after the ride.
