Was talking about this with my cousin and he says it's not possible. What do you think?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If you're a masculine man and she's a feminine woman, probably not.

Women are emotional and if it's a sad thing for her she will cry at some point. Some proud women may hold it until later though.

It's possible, but it depends on the circumstances surrounding the break up and how she deals with it. Even if they wanted it to end they could still cry, it kinda hurts thinking about the time wasted just to end with nothing.

I spoke to my ex on the phone yesterday, she was sobbing like crazy.
While she was the one who had the magic revelation that we should break up.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Probably one of her friends helped her with that mindset.

If a tree falls in the woods and there is nobody around to hear it, does it make a sound?

Don't stick around to discuss or see her cry.

"Sorry, this isn't working out and I need to move on and explore other avenues. Take care" - with a smile on your face. Then leave. No discussion. Especially if it was her idea.

Then you drive off, delete her off social media and block her number. Then start hitting up plates. Start fvcking immediately.

Crying at that point doesn't exist. The decision has been made. You're not there to see it.
