"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Whats up guys theirs this chick i want to smash that I work with.

We talk a little bit at work and never outside of work.

I think Im getting IOIs but i could be reading it wrong.

I got really blackout drunk one night and messaged her on fb asking her out on facebook. She just made fun of me for it but never said yes or no
Also she
She asked me if I had a girlfriend
Always calls me a nickname never the name I go by (Tim)
Notice her smiling when she sees me.
I hurt myself today and had to go to the hospital (need stitches) she messaged me on fb asking if I was okay.

As i typed this I realized she seems into me but the ract that I asked her out on facebook and she didnt say yes makes me think she isnt (Yes i know how beta that was i dont need to hear it i was very drunk)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Its a part time job I get minimum wage

If it was my career id understand. That but I can easily find a new job
I second what was already said ie:
Don't stick your d!ck into company ink or Don't sh!t where you eat

I would be more worried about getting a proper job then, rather than chasing skirt but I'll let it go this time.

Fvck you waiting for ? Get her digits, call her, suggest a time and place for you to meet up for drinks.
That way you will know.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

So ask her out and see what she says.

Gotta start doing it now, so you learn when your older.

Analysis paralysis.

1. Ask her for her PHONE number. If she says no you then ghost her and ignore her in person.
2. If yes- you hit her up the next day when you know she won't be working and ask her out.
3. Yes- good. No- see step 1.

Eye contact followed by a little smile is pretty much what most women do to show interest.
