“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

do you have a sedentary job? ie a sit down all day office type job?
Yes my job now is quite sedentary. When my job required a lot of walking I did not have as much trouble. Good point.

Ever try a basque cheesecake? Great tasting variation I’ll make sometimes. Super easy to make low-carb & high protein

Nope. I try to keep things simple. I'm also testing out some other recipes. I will report back after my findings through trial and error.

Adding chia seeds to water (or almond/coconut milk) is also a great way to get the morning going. Just remember to soak the chia seeds for at least 20 minutes; longer is recommended.
I make something I call a protein paste with chia seeds, black sesame seeds, coconut milk and protein powder along with berries...

Essentially acts like a intestinal scrubber due to the type of gelatinous fiber it creates

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It is so frustrating. I could lose weight so easily in my 20's and early 30's. Now that I am 40 it is so difficult to even lose 5 lbs. No matter how much I exercise I can not do it. I have to eat perfectly now and do high intensity cardio to even lose 5lbs. I hate it.
Diet.

You should budget yourself at least 30 minutes a day for a walk or jog on a treadmill. Is the sedentary lifestyle that's killing people.

100%...the number one predictor of "any cause mortality" is the amount of time you spend seated during a day.

They found the shins have something called a Gravitostat, which essentially is the body's version of an internal scale that gives feedback to the body effecting metabolism, food intake, etc.

When you stay seated for long periods of time, the body believes it is lighter than it actually is which then slows metabolism and increases food intake to try and keep the body weight stable.

This has deleterious effects on virtually every bodily function over time.

The thing is I work out a lot. I do 2 days a week Ju Jitsu and 2 days at the regular gym. The issue is that I eat too much and have a bad diet. You cant out work a bad diet.

yeah really, every overweight/fat person i've ever known seems to think they can continue eating cakes and ice cream multiple nights a week and just burn it off with exercise. it's mind boggling to me.

in my view exercise is for overall health, ie longevity and fitness, not weight management.

That's a sign of insulin Resistance and low T levels
Also high cortisol. Those who work late at night, sit a lot, don't exercise. All of them have: low T, insulin resistance as you mentioned, high cortisol, and some issues with thyroid gland too since it handles metabolism.

Any tips for calorie counting? I’ve written down a list of my main food items with all nutritional data for each one. Anyone else think menu planning is just too big of a math project?

I’ve calculated:
My ideal body weight
How many calories I can have daily
How many grams of protein I should have daily
How many grams of fat daily

I’m going crazy with all these numbers and creating a food plan. My guess is I’m rarely below my daily calorie requirements. The exercise I do is not strenuous but I’m consistent. But then I’m not very good about resting properly.

no kidding this was an easier ball game when I was in my 20’s. I think I eat too much and have a drinking problem when I get cravings and then get sloshed about once per week and that’s not helping much

Use MyFitnessPal

Start with 40-40-20 in terms of carbs/protein/fat

Put in your daily calorie count. I find the most accurate numbers are from this one here as long as you are being honest with your activity metrics:

There is nothing that hard about it. You come up with a daily meal plan, typically on Sunday for the entire week laying out all your meals and then you either prepare them ahead of time and portion them up or you make them simple enough that you can put them together in 5-10 mins during the day.

It's simple, the biggest challenge for most people is the self-discipline required to follow it.

Also, optimal sleep, getting enough steps during the day (body's best fat burner) and proper hydration are not optional if you are looking to drop fat.

And yes I said FAT. The goal should neev be to drop weight, the goal should be to drop body fat while preserving the most lean muscle mass possible.

My list:
1.No PUFA.
2. Healthy sugar + salt.
3. Eggs + lots of dairy
4. Exercising
5. Fruit juices!
My mother side is messed up in a lot of things: Acidity, bone issues, diabetes and what not.
Lately I have changed my diet so much. I feel more alive, more energetic, and no lethargy. Also, I sleep 8-10 hours.

True. Light jog + weight lifting + rope skipping + calisthenics(light) were my go to since my work forces me to be seated 8-10 hours per day.
