“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What kind of diet improves the skin?

I've read that tanning helps the skin as well.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

only a small amount of sun is good for the skin. if you live in the south, at summer time 5-10 mins a day should be enough, anything more can be counter-productive.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Tanning is bad for your skin. The suns UV rays cause wrinkles and the development of skin cancer.

To improve your skin drink lots of water take vitamin c, a, and e.

Sun is good for your skin, just dont overdo it. If it turns red or peels, then you have UV damage and leads to skin cancer. Dont use a suntan lotion with a SPF of more than 8 or else you wont get the benefits of the sun. Dont sunbathe or use tanning beds.

Vitamin C is the building block of collegen, which is what builds the skin. However just eat your fruits and vegetables (oranges, potatoes) as the liver stores about a 3 months supply of vitamin C and too many vits can lead to toxicity.

Vitamin E topically is good. Get a good skin cream with Vit E that doesnt have water listed as the first ingredient.

Omega-fats are used by the body to protect cells, so in general would be good for the skin.

Lots of 100% water.

Plenty of water.

Essential fatty acids (EFAs) eat plenty of fish - salmon is excellent.

Veg and fibre as oppossed to starchy and processed carbs.

Vitamin C - high dose eg 2 grams + per day.

Vitamin E - 400iu + per day.

Selenium - 200iu per day

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) for acne - high dose - up to 10 grams per day.

Lots of other things help I can't think of off the top of my head.

Do a search for Dr Nicholas Perricone. The guy is THE authority on this sort of thing. He totally disagrees to the above advice regarding sun exposure and recommends a SPF of 15 everyday no matter what the weather.

I certainly won't argue with him but I do find if I have any acne, short term sun exposure helps although I follow his SPF advice.

Tanning, doesnt nothing good for your skin except hide blemishes by darking your skin. The best way to improve your skin is to drink tons of water, eat a balanced diet and moisturise.

That is absolutely incorrect dude...

There are many things cleared up by the sun, not hidden...

How's taking vitamin c in the pill form?

If you are tanning, use Sun Screen that contains vitamins. They are antioxidants, and on top of that, help out the structure of skin cells, and help the skin build new cells faster. And they make the skin look rather fine.
