Important Lifting Question

I'll make this short. This bit*h that wants me who I ljbf'd got me so pissed off by telling me that two hot girls shes friends with think i'm fuc*ing weird and fuc*ing scrawney.

I causaly curl weights, doing 25lbs now, trying my best to bulk.

Anyway, this bit*h pissed me off so bad I lifted like a motherf*cking beast like my life depended on it and my arms became beefed out like crazy from one day.

My question
After a rough workout, under the 25lbs i currently lift, would it be a smart idea to take the day off?
Or get this b!tch to piss me off again and lift like hell. I'm a little sore btw, but ive been through worse soreness.

Im 16 if that makes a difference.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Get enought rest men, and If you are trying to get bigger remember the 3 best exercises are bench, squat and deadlift.

Firstly who cares what some stupid girl says? She'll probably be in a couple abusive relationships and end up pregnant by 21... and worthless like most people in the world. Control that anger.

Now squat frequently and don't do another curl for 2 years.

The anger is what motivated me to lift like a fukin nut. Usally i'm too lazy to. Thanks, ill try some squats and deadlifts too, some more curls in 2 years haha u mean 2 days or just do curls every day.
