"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I found this interesting study of increase in SMV from 4 all the way to 7.5 or 8 by simply dropping weight over the months.

The person studied happened to be a female who started out at 190+ lb and ended up in the 120's.

It's the same for men. Accept it if your fat and do something about it. This is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
They need a study to tell us 194 lbs isn't sexy but 124 lbs is? And sleepy pilots cause more plane crashes.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

True true. My ex husband has lost 40 lbs., lifts daily and can wear his good Italian suits again. He told me the other day how wonderful it is to feel sexy again. Its wonderful to see him feeling that way again. Better body, more confidence, increased SMV for sure. Big difference. His body looks better now than it did 20 years ago.

From New Orleans, Louisiana to Atlanta, Georgia!!!
It's tough for me being I work 2 full time jobs in as a cook. I get so wiped out all I can do is sleep after I get off. But if I could take off a year just to get my health and body in order, I would. Until I get a better job. Hell yeah I wish I had more money and muscles to throw around. If you're eye candy, your lame jokes and screw ups will be forgiven a lot. Little can be done wrong. If you're not eye candy, little can be done right.

I don't talk with any of the servers I work with. I'm just there to get my money.

Yes of course. We attended a fundraiser together recently & he looked fantastic. He was going on about how he is proud of the weightlifting and the discipline & result he is seeing etc. He has said it himself too. He knows his physique looks the best it ever has. His swagger is coming back. It's great to see.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I admire your work ethic but that kind of schedule is plain unhealthy. Can nothing be done to reduce your hours?

Quality of life matters man

If you don't have a lot of time due to working a lot or whatever, the "eat-stop-eat" one day fast approach can work wonders. "eat-stop-eat" is an approach where you have one or two fast days per week. On those fast days you will shed 1/2-3/4 lbs of fat per day, and lose less muscle than you think. It's perfect for someone who doesn't have a lot of time, or gained too much fat and wants to speed up fat loss.

I can't help but notice that chick dyed her hair red once she started losing some weight.
