Advice: Never ask a women if she is free are what she is doing on a weekend, this makes you look weak. TELL HER what you are doing and ask her out, if she is busy, then she'll tell you and if she likes you she'll suggest something else, when she does this and yo are available take it, this is a strong IOI. If she says no without a counter offer get her number, if it's a good number call in in a few days ask her out, if she gives you excuses without a counter, flush the number and forget about her.
