Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

I used a backhanded compliment I got from this forum , basically this girl nice body gym gear always comes in for a coffee in her gym gear, she was talking about exercise , so I said why do you exercise so much your not even that fat, after that I asked what are you up to on the weekend, she said nothing much and then she asks me what are you doing, I replied going to this Halloween party's that are popular where I live , then she asks me what about Saturday night I didn't reply is this s iOi?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

This seems like a very cleansed summary.

In what tone and maner did you deliver your "not that fat" comment, and what was her response?
I said it basically she was talking about a pergnet girl at her work, and I thought she was pergnet herself , and she's always in her gym gear so I said are you pergnet she said no way , I said basically well why do you exercise so much your not that fat .

Advice: Never ask a women if she is free are what she is doing on a weekend, this makes you look weak. TELL HER what you are doing and ask her out, if she is busy, then she'll tell you and if she likes you she'll suggest something else, when she does this and yo are available take it, this is a strong IOI. If she says no without a counter offer get her number, if it's a good number call in in a few days ask her out, if she gives you excuses without a counter, flush the number and forget about her.

This is solid advice. +1.

Always be a man with a plan who sometimes invites others into his activities.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
