With some girls I make a look, and it's really not a situation to approach and we see each other couple days in a row and we just end up playing "whos ignoring who this time" games...
Should I just approach her and that's it?
My excuse was today, this girl(we're playing the ignoring game) I wanted to approach she was sitting on a bench waiting for the same bus as I did and didn't approach her because she had her purse on the place next to her so I could not sit anywhere...
Then we enter the bus and end up standing one in front of each other...
Not a word spoken so far with her.... Why I want her is because she's cute, and literally lives 2 minutes from me...

I would just say "hi" and see where it goes from there.

Say Hi can you move your purse I'd like to sit down. She does with an Im sorry. You sit down and start to chat. Easy if you just do it. Quit making up excuses.

If you want to approach her and cant quite get the nerve maybe try some practice approaches on some other women? Go find some you have little or even no interest in and approach them. Build your confidence a little bit.
