Making decisions is one of the things a man has to do. You are aware of the risks and the rewards. When a man has gathered the information, he sits down and thinks and then he makes a decision and takes responsbility for it.

If you enjoy spending time with her for its own sake you can keep seeing her without sex. You could let her know you cannot be exclusive with her because of the age of consent thing and find another 16yo to sex with if you want to get laid. If you are seeing this girl just to get laid, you can either break up and get laid with another girl or sleep with this girl and make sure you are both minimizing the risks. You can even LJBF her for now and sleep with her when it becomes legal.
The other thing is that if she does it, she is risking jail to sex you. Not exactly a wise thing to do. She may be the adult in the legal sense, but you are the man and sometimes you have to protect a woman against her own foolishness.

Choose wisely.

it is 16 here, but if you are 16 you can only have sex with ppl 16 and 17. At 18 anybody less that your age is off limits and 18 and older is fine. It's a PA law, so dosent apply to all of U.S. I wan't it changed asap, but what can I do, mabye I should pay attentiuon in social studies...

Those 4 years age diffrence laws are much better IMO. It keeps immoral stuff illegal while teens with a small ae difference can still get laid legally.

Plus is your mom really going to get her thrown in jail? That law was pretty much made so dad's can get their daughter's dumb ass boyfriend in jail. Unless your mom is super strict I don't really think you have to worry about it so much.
