Okay so I've noticed today that it was really gloomy and depressing weather out, and I just lost all my energy. I got a little sleepy and I wasn't the fun guy that everyone was used to being around.

I've had TONS of days like this, where I'm chilling with my friends and I'm like not talking at all. And it doesn't help when i'm hanging out with girls either...


So my question is...HOW do I get Energetic and KEEP this energy alive?
I know so many people who are like this all the time and people gravitate towards their energy.

Most of the time I'm like that, but I have my bad days as well, it ruins my game BIG TIME too.


Any suggestions?

Deep, peaceful and RESTFUL sleep is absolutely critical.

Also, plenty of B Complex vitamins.
Make sure you are enjoying fun activities consistently.

Learn how to recall Positive Experiences and circulate that feeling through your body.

Sometimes, we totally forget just how awesome certain fun, comical, and exciting and self esteem building expereinces we have had, in favor of just beating ourselves up.

Appreciate those moments, and learn to recall those.

Sleep Well .

Eat good (healthy) .

Look best of yourself ( get washed up , nice hairstyle ) .

Workout (to be confident about your body)

Be talkative , say HI to everyone , share love with the ones you love .

Do some sports .

Get in mood talking to people and listening your favorite music .



Thats the way i do it :D .

I guess I gotta start sleeping well, and get a nice hairstyle (mines just flat right now). I already do the rest :cool:

I asked my friend how he gets energetic, and he said a spoonful of Honey helps. And to smile at yourself in the mirror every morning. :D
