"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

i just watched true blood for the first time

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I miss watching Buffy and Angel. Those are how vampire shows should be.

BTW the full opening theme of Angel rocks.
Buffy is so damn hot. The Angel theme song will get you pumped up to fight or fvck

I used to read those books in high school freshman year. It wasn't until I got a little older that I realized how gay they were. They toned it down for the movie.

Haha, i enjoyed reading those Anne Rice books. Not exactly my cup of tea due to all the emotional drama going on but, decent prose nonetheless.

I watched one episode...the one where some black chick was possesed or some crap and then found out that the witchdoctor was like a employee at some quick stop.....I did NOT like it one bit..way to stupid.

I dont understand what the hell is up with the gay vampire fad nowadays. The only vampire that I think actually stays true to the subject material was that daybreakers and even then it was boring.

I miss the days before kate beckinsale destroyed vampires and hugh jackman destroyed werewolves... ;( .

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Kate Beckinsale, nonetheless, was an amazingly hot vampire.

Hugh Jackman destroyed were wolves?

I thought show was gonna be stupid but i got addicted to it after first 4-5 episodes. I only watched first episode of the new season though because it started getting little ridiculous. Even toward end of second season the story started getting ridiculous.

Vampires have been shamed over the years. When it was black and white horror like count orloc and dracula it made sense. These were monsters to be feared. Now days we have these pretty boy fags who deal with issues opposed to being fearsome. It's just sad.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Spartacus indeed is badass!!!! OP True Blood grows on you. Keep watching and you will see. The gay vampire stuff sucks for the most part, but the main gay character, Lafayette, is funny as hell when they are not showing homo scenes.
