You need to work your core more
* Overhead Squats
* Overhead Press
* Overhead walks
* One Arm Snatch
* Heavy Squats
* Heavy Deadlifts

Once you've got that, you'll abs will be thick as brick. You'll probably won't need to diet a lot, you don't seem to have a lot of bodyfat.

What you need is training heavy.

i wasn't training heavy, my goal was to burn as much body fat as i could i've lost 10 kilos in 3 months, with bidaily workouts, lots of cardio.

my weight was 83 kilograms = 182 pounds

now is 73 kilograms = 160 pounds

my height is 1.74 m = 5.70

all in all i lost 10 kilos

i think its good. but i dont want to bulk up, just want to have a lean body, with some definition and the six pack abs showing.

You can go for the lean body, or bulky body, depending how much weight you use. Check out success stories if it's something you want.

Secret for my abs to show was not to use machines, but do manual exercises. Plus small portion lean diet with lots of lean proteins. I mention it here

Stronglifts stuff will work well too for big abs. Because it's done using free weights. People who use machines usually don't have definition, even at low body fat.

Six pack == muscles
If you want to see muscles, you first need to developped them.

That's what training hard is for.
