I sometimes take control of conversation it depends if I'm interested or not.
Make sure the conversation fits with everyone, see above.

and I can make long conversation with my friends but I find it difficult with the ladies.
Practice. Talk to girls, ask them questions and listen. See the article for ways to pick up on what they are actually talking about for potential conversation topics to lead into, or to start up with other girls.

Update 2 - alright som I'm heading torwards her nervous as ever but trying to do it her Boyfriend shoew up beside her ( Now whats the luck of that) so I walk along and don't see her for the rest of the day. I can't get frigging break lol.

Try using my advice on different girls, work up experience (I mean months). You wont' get anywhere like this.

Alright so I had a decent convo with her tonight...on the internet frig I feel like an idiot but needless to say some of my older friends are gonan be chilling with me tomorow and they told me they'll see what they can do to get'em to chill with me also... so I think I'm making a dcent move.
