I need help alot of my friends say i'm Paranoid and their right i'm a paranoid guy. I get it from my parents who are also paranoid. So now i notice being paranoid stops me from getting with girls,because i take less chances and when i do i have no courage to make a good conversation. So wat do i do?

Hey whoa check it, I'm giving advice:
Read the inspirational posts in the bible, so you have the motivation first. Without the WANT, you'll never make it.
Then, just go out there and talk to people anyway, paranoia be damned. If you feel paranoid about a girl right before you go up to talk to her, try this mind trick.
Imagine that all of your paranoia is in a little box. Its just a tiny little box, small enough to sit in the palm of your hand. Imagine that the box is on the ground, and then step on it. Squish it. Smush the hell out of it. Then take your foot off and look at all that gunk on the ground. Spit in it. Then kick some dirt on it. Then go over there and talk to that hott chick you had your eyes on, paranoia-free.
It helps to visualize things. Worth a shot anyway, right? Tell us how it goes.

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
