“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of eating hydrogenated foods? Should strength builders limit or increase intake of hydrogenated foods?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

This is the first time I've ever seen the words advantages and hydrogenated in the same sentence.

fully hydrogenated oils do not appear to have the same unhealthy effects as partially hydrogenated oils (about which nothing good can be said), but they're untested. if you see hydrogenated w/o the word "fully" in front of it, it's probably partially hydrogenated -> contains artificial trans fats -> avoid.

That's the thing. As the regulars to this forum know, I occassionally eat peanut butter as midday snack. I've been cutting back on that, too (as the journal show), but I had been thinking about it. A lot of the foods I rely on and have grown up eating contain ingredients that aren't necessarily healthy. I eat an occassional candy bar (fun size) or skittles pack (again usu. fun size) every now and and always in moderation. All the same I'm looking for things to cut back on. But finding healthy and palatable snacks is becoming harder now that I'm worried about what I'm eating. There are times I even feel guilty for eating a plate of homemade spaghetti so that hasn't been one of my regular meals in a long time now. I had milk and cereal a few days ago but I've not eaten ice cream of any kind for nearly 5 or 6 months.

I know where I want to be, what I want my body to look like. I keep an image of it in my mind, I just wish there were economical, healthy and palatable food choices out there.

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

People talk about pasta being bad, but I didn't see many fat people when I was in Italy and they eat almost nothing but pasta.

I'm trying to find nice tasting protein snacks mostly. By no accident the sweeter tasting foods have sugar in them (carbs) unless I use Splenda. You know, if I'm not careful I can eat several apples or oranges in one sitting. That is when I have them in the house. But then I worry that I'm eating too many carbs in a day (even if they are healthy carbs). Anyway, what you've suggested nuts, fruits, eggs I'm already eating so I'll just eat more of them. I haven't heard about protein pudding so I'll look into that.

protein pudding = protein powder + water/cream/both + raw eggs + sugarfree jelly flavouring

apples and oranges are fine as snacks IF they fit your dietary requirements.

cook up some roast beef/pork/chicken and cut it into small pieces, eat throughout the day.

some beef jerkies are good.

Ima have to ask where I can get that sugar free jelly next time I'm in tesco. Is it carb free?

not strictly carb free (5g per 100g) but you'd have to eat a HELL of a lot of the stuff to any significant carbs.. jelly is actually 60ish% protein.

it's by Hartley's, it's with the regular jellies/dessert stuffs.

orange sucks but raspberry and blackcurrant are awesome!

Could make a tasty breakfast :D

Maybe something a little more solid would be better to start of the day though...can't imagine it having to much fibre.

I'm in the same boat buddy. I buy huge bags of raw nuts and finish them off in a couple of days. I've switched to whole wheat pasta and try my best to stick with foods that aren't processed. The bad thing is that aside for costing a bunch more, you can't let them sit around because they'll go bad because they don't contain all those preservatives.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
