She appears cute, but she is using a tricky camera angle. For all you know, she might have a hideous wart on the other side of her face. Or a lazy eye or something.

Other things I'd conclude from the picture... she's messy, from the clutter on the ground, but still good about taking care of her looks... She's probably a high maintenance chick. Also, by the colors of her room and the posters on the walls/ceiling she's still living at home so obviously not making good money and pobably a bit immature.
