How would you guys go about asking out a shop assistant?

I've seen her around a couple of times on nights out and got good IOI's. She served me at the till a few days back and I didn't realise it was her and was getting solid IOI's off her, more than just the required politeness.

I didn't realise it was her till I'd left.
So how would you ask out a shop assistant in her place of work?

Seeing as you havent spoken to her... first open a brief open (one or two things said each) literally just to break the tension then follow "hey lets go out to dinner later, when do you get off?". React to her answers from there. The sooner you get to the point the better.

Be careful bro, she could be like that with EVERY guy. I've had a girl say "let's have sex" and I thought it was because I was so sexy and witty. Later I found out she is like that will all the guys.

Anyway, if you want to ask her out, don't go right in to it. Flirt a little and then say "Would you like to go for a coffee tomorrow?" It's not really that hard. And if you are having trouble initiating for a simple date, what are you going to do when things get physical?
