how would low intense cardio in the morning and hiit in the afternoon affect me?

im 6ft 160 pounds i would basically like to get rid of the fat around my stomach and definition overall by march 28. i was wondering how would brisk walking for 30 to 45 mins 6xs a week and hiit 3 times a week effect my body would it eat up all my muscle or as long as a drink a scoop of whey befor and then eat carbs after i wont lose much muscle. would doing both give me optimal results or can one give me quicker results then the other

Whats so important about that date? Wouldn't you rather worry about putting on some lean mass instead? You're only 160lbs...


HIIT burns more fat by volume, and continues to burn fat even post session.

Low intensity burns more fat by percentage, but less by volume...it's pretty much done when you are...

cus im goin to ecuador for carnaval this year and since its my last time going i wanted to impress the ladies over there. :D yea i do wanna put on lean mass but i also wanted to burn as much fat as fast as possible and in a safe way. so can i do both and get better results or just stick to hiit only?

The more cardio you do, the more you impair your muscular recovery, and the more calories you burn...

Hop on a bike,it burns fat around the stomach more then anything. Good Luck!

Stay on whatever level you are comfortable with and stick with it above 80+ RPM and you will feel it when you get off,trust me.
