Work your triceps. They make up more than twice the amount of muscles in your arm than the biceps. And do hammer curls. They're better than just regular curls. Look it up on YouTube or something for reference to see how.

Tricep Horseshoe Kickbacks(either cable or dumbell) , Two Arm Dumbbell Seated Tricep Press Extension(above head) , Cable Triceps Pulley Pushdowns(w/ either the rope or the metal "V" shaped bar).

I've done close grip bench pressing,but for me it doesn't cut it,for you it might work. I only do weighted dips when I have a chest/light tri day,but that doesn't come very often. If you do dips for your tri(and only tri) only go down to where your arms hit 90 degree angle otherwise your chest will get involved alot.

you need to get bigger to get bigger biceps. do deadlift,squats,rows, and chest.

you might be saying "wtf i don't even use my biceps in those excercises"

tell me if you've ever seen a skinny guy with huge arms (no steriods) or a buff guy with small arms.
