This shows you are busy and have a life besides texting her
This gets you to the question of asking her out in 3 texts.
Edit: You could also concur that this shows a little bit of your polite side too, but not in a chupy way

I'm all for being cheeky but referencing the same joke twice is enough, 3 is too much.
