How to react to Dreamy eyes

Heres a scenario ive run into before:

Woman is sitting with her boyfriend/date, and she turns around and gives me dreamy eyes. I looked at her in eyes, very calm, with no facial expression except me blinking. She breaks eye contact.
To my knowledge she never looked back again. How would you guys react to show your interest once she give you the dreamy eyes.(If she was alone I would of approached her). I would of smiled but I didn't have it in me that moment, it would of came out as one of those half smiles. Do you think smirking with a wink would do?

It felt real good. I was enjoying the moment and I didn't really think to smile and knew if I did it would come off as a half smile, which feels weird.
You also gotta think to, why would you want a women with baggage(BF,Married). When you can find a single one equally as hot with no baggage.

Yea I tend to do that occasionally haha. The reason I didnt go and talk to her was because she was with someone.

The situation is not always going to be how you want it, girls are not always going to be out on their own, making eyes at hunky strangers. You've got to take the initiative and get out of your comfort zone. You may even find them easier to talk to when they are with friends (I sure do).
