If missionary, alternate thrusting with high riding and very slow circular motion grinding with the base of the c-ck on the cl-t. Intense cardio will help too... Like sprints or other HIIT. Your overall physical condition has a huge impact on your bedroom performance. Are you working out?

Edited to add: I don't think jerking off beforehand is a good idea. It will dull your senses and overall experience.

agreed, i prefer to go in it with a fully loaded gun. Physical fitness is key too for sure.

I can tell you, due to health issues my physical performance has gone down and the effects can be seen in bed.
