Master Don Juan
That's right. You shouldn't be.My Name is Nobody said:Yeah right I haven't even seen a pic yet why would I be interested in you?
But you can't help it. Because I HAVE mastered the DJ tricks. And they work on YOU.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

As the CARDINAL RULE, the one who holds the most power is the one who needs the other the least. Your ability to play by your rules of RESPECT keeps you in control of the frame.
But it is ultimately your CHARACTER as a MAN that will maintain control of this FRAME. You cannot repeatedly walk away. Inevitably it is your INTEGRITY and MASCULINITY that will shine that will LET the girl know she has to step up to the plate and bat 100%.
Your head is in the right place. Perception is key.
My Name is Nobody said:Exactly.. that's why I would chop off my balls before even attempting to chase you.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

It's an NLP term. When two people interact, one person is reacting more to the other. The person who is being reacted to more controls the frame, as in frame of the interaction. They control the context.sosilky said:What exactly is meant by controlling the frame? not sure i understand that term.

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
In more manipulative hands this is known as gaslighting.ready123 said:
I hate to bump this up but I just remembered.. Even SunnyD is on here OBSESSING over a guy that cheated on her.iqqi said:Well, most AFC's do need to go through the jerk phase. Have fun with that.
You are going to get what you ask for, then find out it's not what you want.
The Bad Boy Myth was written for you. Read it in a couple years, after you get "jerked" around by none other then yourself.![]()

....and you got guys disagreeing with you. When you wrote that you need to verbabally abuse a girl at the VERY FIRST SIGN of disrespect, to ME (I'm an individual) that is the first SIGN that a man is weak. Doing that is a sign of emotional weakness. Women are attracted to men who are in CONTROL of their emotions. Their job is to see if you'll crack, see if they can get you to lose CONTROL. When you DON'T lose control, you stay attractive.Total Control said:note that I started this thread simply to help all those who come here and complain about women giving them shyt, doing disrespectful things, getting drunk with another guy, ect ect ect.......
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
