"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Theres this girl in my class that I want to ask out. I'm 15, in high school and havn't asked anyone out before. So I don't know how I should go about it.

Should I ask her out somewhere? Where? I can't drive a car yet!

The whole concept of a 'date' seems weird to me. Even other guys my age with girlfriends don't go out on 'dates'.

So could someone please offer me some advice?

Thanks

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

1.) read the DJ Bible
2.) Get the number
3.) Call and TELL her that you two should meet up at "XYZ" location
4.) Meet up and have a blast
5.) repeat 3 and 4

don't think of a date as being so formal. a date can be her coming over to sit around, watch a movie, and check out eachother's mouths for awhile.

liar... dates are formal.

Go buy a white dress shirt, black dress pants, black dress shoes, etc. Make sure you're looking your prettiest too.

Since it's formal... address her as 'Miss' or 'M'Lady'... such as "You are looking exquisite today, m'lady. Shall we go on with our engagement?"

That will sweep her off of her feet... head over heels in love with you.

Don't bother expecting them to go out with you as a boyfriend-girlfriend kind of thing... it's so pointless... you don't have a car like you said.

Do what kids do at your age... go ask them to hangout with a group of friends at a movie theatre or mall... then when you have LOTS of friends... when you're older you can start doing more "mature" dates... because you're already "in the good ol gang".

cosign

That is why its called a Day 2, get out of the frame of thinking "I'm on a date", the word date is usually thought of as a dinner and then movies where the man is a gentlemen and pays for everything and then tries for a kiss at the end.

Think of it as a hangout, best way is to do your normal game get the # and either try to get a day2 or instant date. Even just venue changing to somewhere else will get you further in the interaction.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

well... ive been in her class for a whole year. I talk to her, but not quite enough to know lots about her. I guess i would consider us friends. Is she interested? Who wouldnt be interested in me? Yes, I think she is. (I hope)

Thing is I have NEVER done this before.

I don't really hang out around town in large groups a lot. Mainly just with a few good friends.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
