How many routines should you have?

How many workout routines should you have to alternate between? is 2 or 3 enough for continued growth?

Pyradizaion has always been a great idea. Not so much exercizes but rep shemes and order.

Periodization?

As for the amount of routines, there's no set number. The more the better for both interest and if you follow that 'the muscles get bored and accustomed to stuff' ****.

The main thing is to be increasing weight on the big lifts.


Most good routines switch stuff up 2-3 weeks or some are on a 3 week rotation like DC
