2 rashers, white bread, flora light and some ketchup. Does anyone have an idea how many calories in that as i've just had one.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Perhaps if might help you to read the nutrition labels on each of the things you've eaten and determine the values of each based on that... Since none of us know how much of each thing you had (I mean, you didn't even say how many slices of bacon were on the sandwich... or how much "some" flora light, ketchup, etc was), there's no way for anybody to give you an accurate number - even if we did, you'd still want to know the breakdown of fats, carbs, etc...

I said 2 rashers if you read it properly. Theres no calorie/nutrional info on the packet of bacon.
