I'm starting at skinny mode and think I can achieve this in about a year.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Example:
On average you gain 2 lbs of muscle a month so in a year.. if you dont fvck around you can gain 25 lbs pure muscle.
If we used my definition of skinny (a 12 yr old boy), there's no way you are going to look like that in the picture. Because that 25lbs of muscle will be distributed evenly throughout the body. Noteable gains would be legs coz its got more muscle there.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

For instance, the lower chest may be achievable for some and others would never achieve that "fullness" of the lower chest and the mass would instead be on the mid-upper chest.
I have already surpassed that level of musculature, however holding a little more body fat at the moment due to winter.
For a novice trainee, IMO 2-3 years of diligent training assuming average genetics.
Year 0-2 = strength training and conditioning.
Year 2-3 = bodybuilding and strength training.
I also cannot see the guys legs, and I don't know his stats.
He could be 5'6 140lbs or he could be 6'0 205lbs.
Probably got no legs then, or the lighting/angle makes him look bigger. Probably both.Locogooner said:he's 6'1 185lbs
