I really need to improve on this. Its really difficult for me to think of what to talk about. Im not a very socialized person however i do love to have fun without thinking much of other's opinions. Im also very new at texting.
You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
^ What's up with the "double texting rule"? Read it somewhere before, but I dismissed it. I mean, personally I don't double text chicks but I don't see the harm in doing it.Nite said:yeah, i just talked to a guy about this earlier,
with a quick recap of what he said
be silly, but not self deprecating
don't ask her to do things, tell her
keep in control
don't double text
he said a lot more but those are quick tips and this guy is REALLY good at texting
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Seems desperate as hell. Especially if you asked a question and she didn't respond. I only double-text my guy friends or platonic girls.Eph said:^ What's up with the "double texting rule"? I get what you're saying. Jericg, like LearningSlowly said if you're getting irritated it's not a smart move to double text. Be (more) in control of your emotions. When people don't text me back, I honestly could care less. But I see nothing wrong with double-texting someone (anyone; male or female) a few hours or so later to restart a conversation or just to check if they'll actually respond.Dorchester said:Seems desperate as hell. She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
