Look... if you've been exclusive for any length of time you will NOT get her to go along with it. If you want open relationships with multiple women, you need to dump her and go look for women that are. You have to make it clear up front that this is who you are and what you want. There are plenty of women that will be happy doing this, but my guess is your exclusive GF now isn't one of them if she hasn't brought this up herself.
