Don't engage into a relationship with her. Dump her. Tell her you want to date other women, but you still love her and want her to spend time with you. She'll either move on or continue sleeping with you. You have to give her that choice though.

You can't legally get your GF to embrace sh!t. You can express you'd like it or ask her if she's ok with it, but if she isn't then you just have to accept that. Which leaves you with 2 choices unless she's disgusted that you'd want it and leaves, that is to stay with her knowing it's not gonna happen or leave her to make it happen.

It is something that needs to be talked about BEFORE she becomes your girlfriend and after you have started dating. Even then, even if she is OK with it she might still freak out when she realises you are actually ****ing someone else (the voice of bitter experience).

Look... if you've been exclusive for any length of time you will NOT get her to go along with it. If you want open relationships with multiple women, you need to dump her and go look for women that are. You have to make it clear up front that this is who you are and what you want.
