How do I get my bicep vein to pop?

Been working out now for 2.5 years steady.
Great results, Built 14" biceps, but I can't seem to any vein definition-specifically the main one that runs the length of the bicep.

Any tips?

14" and you're happy? How big are/were you, overall?

About vein definition, just lose more BF and you'll get 'em eventually. I don't see why you'd want the veins showing year-round, but hey, it's your body.

No wonder. For someone who's been supposedly lifting for 2.5 years this sounds like a serious newbie question.

You need to be in single digit BF% for the biceps vein to pop out in most people, unless you are naturally vascular.

Also you might want to do some research on training & diet. I have 14 inch arms. I started lifting last February, and I started really trying to learn about bodybuilding since last August. I started with about 12 inch arms. So, unless your arms were like 10.5 inches when you started, I'd say you're growing very slowly (which is why you should probably research about diet & training).

I don't know why you want those veins. I have these purplish-blue veins running down my arms and across the chest. Girls don't fine that attractive on me.

It's because you have no muscle to go with the veins. A skinny, veiny bastard is attractive to nobody.

get 8% or below bf. After a work out (I'm about 7.5%) I can see a couple of veins. Nothing amazing but it's there.
