You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
The sh1t is funny because its true! Women are as stupid as we like to think that they are, especially about their bodies. Many will stand in a mirror and critique their bodies daily.dadmonson said:This post just made me burst out laughin for some reason.
Maybe so but it's easier than doing what's necessary to be fit and thin.Shiftkey said:No one likes or wants to be fat.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

She'll be so jealous and want to investigate by following you to the gym everytime.![]()
You forget that we're talking about women here (no offense ladies), they respond to such pressure differently than men. The way an average woman acts about their body image you can do more harm than good by pushing them or giving them ultimatums. SomShiftkey said:Some of you guys are way too pessimistic. Sure people need to be self motivated to lose weight, but sometimes all someone needs is a little push to get started.
