Her: Hahaha! More sh1t talking.
Me: Sh1t talk.. You wanna watch movie X before I have to pay late fees
Her: Yes I do, when's it due back?
Me: funny joke about renting it... How's your schedule tomorrow?
Her: maybe, I'm on call so I'm not sure if I have to work or not.
Her: You have plans Thurs??
Me: On call sounds awesome.. I can switch my Thur plans to tomorrow.
Her: It's easy money, don't do that I'll feel bad.
Me: It's not a big deal... But if you're gonna feel bad we can do it another time.
Her: Well if it's not a big deal then switch it up.
Me: Switchin.. Meet at my place around 7?
Her: See ya then!

Think I supplicated to her by letting her know I was changing plans to kick it...
The plans were just getting a drink with a buddy but thinking I could have played it better. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

She doesn't know what your Thursday plans were. Just don't do it too often.

In this case, since she gave you a concrete counter-offer date, I don't see a problem. It wasn't like you just threw out 3 or 4 days and she turned them down.

I think that we can over-think and over emphasize the importance of "DJ" talk some times. Believe it or not, her attraction for you is NOT pivoting on your every utterance.
Relax a bit, take a breath .
If you have established your dominance, and the frame is your's, you can slip and slide occasionally.
A woman who has a decent interest in you does NOT have to be gamed in every convo.

Lose the white knuckles, boys.
