She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

If you see Drunken hook ups a source for great validation you're in a rude awakening, most likely than not you'll just end up in a crappier state of mind when the deed is done and end up feeling more lonely. A meditation session, yoga session, weight lifting session and 3-5 mile runs in the morning is what you need over such a foolish, self gratifying thing. Learn how to feel great without a woman's approval. Have goals and passions in your life that you're after, have a purpose and short term goals to where you want to be in a few years along with great self improvement habits and you're one step closer towards enlightenment.
