"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Here is my work out routine that I have started over the last week and a half. Everyday, I either try to add a new exercise or add more reps/sets of one I am already doing.

Day 1: 100 push ups, 50 sit ups, neck stretches, 55 front kicks each leg.
Day 2: 100 push ups, 50 sit ups, neck & shoulder stretches, 100 front kicks each leg.
Day 3: 125 push ups, 75 sit ups, 10 field lengths(the field is about 40-50yards, inclined), 100 front kicks, 100 side kicks.
Day 4: 150 push ups, 100 sit ups(curls), 11 field lengths, 205 front kicks, 100 side kicks, neck & shoulder & chest stretches.
Day 5: 150 push ups, 11 field lengths, 100 sit ups.
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: neck & shoulder & chest stretches, 175 push ups, 100 front and side kicks.

Keep in mind I don't have access to a gym or bench, I do have some weights though. What can I do to improve on this?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Any particular reason you can't join a gym? There is only so much you can do at home, not to mention the motivation factor of being at a place where everyone is trying to buff up.

The reason I can't join a gym is because the nearest one is about 200 km away. I live in a rural area.

your goals?

in any case, add bodyweight squats, add 'supermans', add pull-ups, figure out how to add weight or increase the difficulty of each exercise (one-handed push-ups, for instance) & use fewer reps.
