Heres what I do, I don't think of it so much as a 'tactic', it just happens naturally:
Her- blah blah (small talk)
Me- yeah, uhuh
Her- blah blah
Me - (insert witty remark here, make her laugh)
Me- I had a good time tonight
Her- Yeah! We should do it again
Me- I dunno you (make joke about date she can relate to)...*move closer*
Her- Shutup! *playfully hits you*
Read her reaction and give her good eye contact. Continue to move in as you talk to her. If she's into you, she will either let you kiss her, or move in on the kiss herself.
But like I said, it's natural when two people are feeling each other, not anything to think about.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You do that in bars? I am thinking I messed up recently by not kiss closing in the bar. I waited until later, and then she didn't seem into it.
