Master Don Juan

I need to get out of the house today and tomorrow and get those approaches.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Who's violet? I want to know the details of how you did this!NorwegianDJ said:Accounting for today and yesterday, I've got 10/5. I'll make it 3/3, since it was groups and 1+1 chick. I'll take Violet's # and have that count for the # part![]()

Don't worry. I've got something in mind that may get you some numbers next week. Will post tonight.BPH said:So don't make next week's challenge something like "go on a date with the girl you got the number of".
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Hey man, have you done week 1? After week 1, you should feel more comfortable approaching random girls. I personally do! I used to be terrified. I also have days like that where I go to the mall and I don't do any approaches and I just walk around. At least you were on the field and you weren't lazy. That's good. I have a friend with me doing this, and it REALLY helps I think. Just make sure you don't pick a negative friend with you, because you're better alone than with a negative friend sometimes.Peterbror said:Wow, i have to say that this was way harder than i though it was going to be. I am not going to make any excuses for this and just say that this week was a disappointed for me. I didnt geta single approach because i was just way too scared to do it. My approach anxiety is controlling me way to much for me to let it win so this week i will not try, but succeed in getting week two done for real.

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
I did week 1 and i felt that it was a success but i didnt have a motive when talking to them just thought of having a conversation. It is when you have to think to get the number i get really anxious and my head just says No when i see a girl i want to approach. But this week im trying again with some support from my brother.Mindgamez said:Hey man, have you done week 1? After week 1, you should feel more comfortable approaching random girls. I personally do!
