"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Also a question: Is it acceptable to walk straight to a girl with only a hello and ask her number? (We talked before about 5 times, and know each other .I'd do it not to chicken out,the girl is glad to talk to me, I've seen her from the reflection of the window when I was leaning she was looking at me,maybe checking me out,1 y younger than me,and this all takes place in a gym...)

My cousin was like the same way and guess what? He died in a car crash by a drunk driver. Realize that you could die tomorrow, grab your balls, and ask the girl out!

I hate this as a motivational tool. Reason being that it instills a sense of desperation in you.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

i understand you fear getting hurt, the thing is you'll never find out if you never ask her out. it's usually better getting rejected and knowing the girl doesn't want you rather than "assuming" she might or might not like you.

we can only tell you to go grow some balls and ask her out because that's the only way your going to have some chance, unless i come over to where you live, take you over to her over and ask her out for you (kidding!!!!)

just ask her out, you'll be even more gutted if you don't ask her out so you have got nothing to lose, you get more respect asking a girl out yourself

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Your problem is that you are thinking. Stop thinking about what will go right or what could go wrong and just let yourself go with the flow of the situation.

Don't think, feel. Thought is an obstruction and a limitation. Thinking is a process of methodical routines that leads to hesitation and isolation. Remember, you will miss approximately 100% of the shots that you don't take.

Go with your gut and just ****ing do it... you'll feel like a champion when you do whether you fail or succeed, trust me.

There is no such thing as "next time" You could be killed in the next few minutes while walking across the street. Remember, tomorrow might be too late!
