ok so this is my problem im 16.5 years old and I'm weighting just 113 pounds.
How do I gain weight fast?
my goal is to weight 140 pounds.

You can't gain good weight fast unless you eat a whole load of crap, eg junk food. Takes effort, commitment and persistance. You will see changes over a month or two if you keep to a good diet and training program, they may not be huge gains, but they will be noticable.

Youre still 16, keep a consistent good, clean diet. Remember to get big you must eat big! So split your meals up to around 5-6 meals a day and bump up the calorific intake!

Hey bro no worries you just need to up your calorie intake, You can due this by Meal reaplacement shakes, Weight Gain shacks, Or if your on a budget heres a good shake to make that has 800 calories eat about 3 of these a day and eat your normal deit.

2 Cups of skim milk
2 scoops of whey protein
2 teaspoons of penutbutter
1 bannana
1/2 cup oats
1 teaspoon honey
put in blender

This is an excellent shake eat 3 a day and also eat your regular 3 meals aday and you WILL gain weight just do what i did and ask your mom to pick up the items

This WILL help you gain weight no doubt. That's more than I put in my protein shakes.

well the crappy carbs are good right after you work out. But any other times i would say its a bad way to do it, it will make you fat depending on your metabolism, not give you muscles.

I second what Quagmire said already...read those links and everything else in the H&F Vault pretty much - And btw from what i've read, don't let anyone tell you not to lift weights, it doesn't stunt your growth...its very good for you.

Um...do you always tell people you are '16.5 years old'? LMAO Well then I'm 21.72517515 years old

i'll correct myself because MrRuckus is right (i really have to proofread more lol thanks)...yes you will still get muscles...but its also a quick way to getting fatter faster if you don't work out or take too much. depending on your metabolism. I'd recommend taking some due to your goals.. I took 'Muscle Juice cookies and creme'. Its pretty good but sometimes tastes like you're shoving a box of cookies down your throat.
