You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm the same way. I go there to work out, but I always keep an eye open. If I catch a looker i'll go over and open her. If I don't get that initial eye fuucking i'll just ignore em.Vice said:When I go to the gym I go to do battle and focus on my workout, not pick up chicks.
With that being said, if a girl wants to meet you, she will eye f*ck you and subtly follow you around the gym, so you better open her!
Gym classes are the best place to meet the girls. Come early and chat up whoever is around you, regardless of gender, and then close in on the one you like before class starts. During class, focus on ONLY the class, and then continue the conversation after class ends.
But when it comes to lifting, focus on your workout and again only take advantage of girls that throw themselves at you.
I'm not by far the most jacked dude at the gym, but the girls that I've met who were following me around told me they liked me because I wasn't trying to impress anyone and was just doing my own thing, and they liked that. Other dudes will posture and look around to see who's looking at them. Don't be that guy.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Ask any girl and they will tell you: they HATE guys hitting on them at the gym. They go there to improve, not to look improved.
You are simply gawking at them and they will project Evil Treadmill Vibe, complete with headphones and indoor visors.
Furthermore, the lowliest couples on Earth are the sweaty "Gym couples", featuring some chick from ROTC and an overprotective DB who made the same mistake you're hoping to make. And they never lift the same amount, nor is she strong enough to spot him. Please don't form gym couples.
And if I see one more couple who jogged to the grocery store together I'm going to break something. It's nothing more than a ploy by her to dress down to make it seem like he has an actual purpose behind wearing those $6 spandex shorts he bought at Ross in 2002. Thank you for not having jogged here.
Side note: why work OUT when you can work PERIOD? Sure, exercise your muscles, but pull-ups and push-ups and biking are enough, and you don't need a membership. Join a hiking club or build a rock wall or something instead.
