Gril annoys the crap out of me

Ok long story short , a girl i met at a club , got to where she didn't answer my messages , or seem interested in me at all . I proceed to ignore her over a week or two , then the other night when im at the club , shes there , and every time she passed me she would look my way and smile or wave or something , and one pass by she gave me a little jab in the rips with her fist as i passed her , and I poked her back and moved on . I payed her very little attention still .

The kicker is she still doesn't reply to my texts , I mean does she feel obligated to acknolwege me when she sees me ,even tho shes not interested ?

or is she just a crazy B!t#h like i think she is

She doesnt reply your text cause she is not interested n you.

She act friendly toward you when you meet to keep the environment light and calm, be friendly to her as well without giving her any non necessary attention.
After few weeks you can try to have small talk before LEAVING the interaction till you move from aquaitance to semi-friends, in that case you could have the chance to meet her friends or use her as a social proof while other girls look at you.

Just treat her as an old school mate from high school you see once in a while cause you live close, there's not so much to think about it.
